Lemon Pudding Dessert πβ¨
A refreshing and creamy lemon pudding dessert perfect for any occasion! This delightful treat combines a smooth lemon pudding layer with a crunchy graham cracker crust, topped with a fluffy whipped cream. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form the crust.
- Prepare lemon pudding mix according to package instructions using 2 cups of milk. Pour over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the set lemon pudding.
- Garnish with lemon zest or fresh lemon slices if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
