Ingredients:
- 1 pound crab meat (fresh or canned, drained and picked over)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
