Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
- In a large soup pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
