Ingredients:
- For the Steak:
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin

- For the Quesadillas:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:
- Marinate the Steak:
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the flank steak. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Cook the Steak:
