Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Potato Layer:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Prepare the Meatloaf:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
