Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Fufu:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, mix cassava flour and plantain flour together.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pot.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fufu is smooth and stretchy.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
For the Goat Light Soup:
- In a large pot, heat palm oil over medium heat.
