Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For the Filling:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- A pinch of salt
For Topping:
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter.
- Mix until the mixture is crumbly and well combined.
- Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

- Prepare the Filling:
