- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
