Banana Split Cheesecake Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs

For the Cheesecake Layer:

• 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
• 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven:
   • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Prepare Cake Batter:
   • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, sour cream, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
   • Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely on a wire rack.
